About the role

  • Invoice Management: Accurately review and process vendor invoices, matching them to purchase orders.
  • For invoices without purchase orders, secure internal approval and ensure correct coding.
  • Vendor Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements, communicate directly with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or inquiries, and ensure smooth financial operations.

Responsibilities

  • Team Support: Offer assistance to colleagues in the accounting department with various clerical tasks and special projects.
  • In this role, you will help manage accounts payable functions and contribute to the overall efficiency of our accounting operations.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • A keen eye for detail, with the ability to spot discrepancies and resolve issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
  • EOE - All applicants must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong communicator.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while collaborating effectively with a team.
