About the role
- We can hire at either the Director or Senior Director level.
- This will be determined throughout the evaluation process based on candidate experience and qualifications.
- This hybrid-based role is ideally based in Chicago, but other locations will be considered.

- Responsible for managing and developing a staff
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with direct experience in performing bank valuations for financial reporting purposes.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Undergraduate degree required, emphasis in Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred
- Progress towards achievement of ASA, CVA, CPA, and/or CFA designation is a plus
- Valuation experience in other segments of financial services such as: insurance brokerage, specialty finance and mortgage banking a plus

- Market approach: guideline company method, merger and acquisition (transaction) method, market pricing for services, compensation
