Requirements
- Bachelors in Engineering or Sciences with 5+ years of prior leadership experience
- 5+ years' experience in Fab Process/Development Engineering with focus on new process development/characterization and/or transferring new technologies into production.
- Ability to identify, confront, and resolve difficult problems.
- Build process for handoff between development and production to ensure all items required for

- BS in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Equivalent, MS (with thesis) or PhD is a plus.
- Background in power semiconductors preferred.
Compensation
- $141,000.00 - $194,000.00
