About the role

  • PM2CM, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Scheduler to join our team.
  • As a Senior Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients' projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • The position is hybrid, two days working in Pomona, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Using P6 Primavera Scheduling Software develop Baseline Schedules for Electrical infrastructure projects.
  • Update, maintain and track bi-weekly and monthly progress of all activities in the P6, Primavera Schedule.
  • Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to identify key project milestones, and deliverables and incorporate this into the Project Schedule.
  • Provide for Critical Path Analysis, Schedule Variance Analysis and develop accurate schedule.
  • You will work closely with our clients, project managers, and construction teams to develop and implement comprehensive project schedules, monitor progress, and identify and mitigate any schedule risks.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies including Earned Value.

Nice to have

  • Required Skills/Abilities: Must be proficient in P6 Primavera Scheduling Software with a minimum of 7 plus years of proven and verifiable scheduling experience.
