Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS, with a track record of leading successful product initiatives.
- 2+ years of experience leading teams with direct people management responsibility.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and driving product strategy from concept through delivery.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market and customer insights into actionable product plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies and modern product development tools, including AI tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Nice to have
- Experience in program management, business analysis, or implementation roles.
- Experience with automotive retail or franchise dealership operations.
- Experience with automotive dealership systems, including DMS, ERP tools, warehouse management, or order fulfillment platforms.
- Strong customer mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Compensation

- $163,500 - $245,000 USD
