About the role
- Dense tables, clunky workflows, zero delight.
- That means owning craft end-to-end: the visual language, the system, the research, and the pixels.
- You'll work directly with founders and engineers - not through a PM layer.
Responsibilities
- The surfaces that matter most; how LPs engage, how funds come to life, how data tells a story - and everything we build from here
- User research directly with fund CFOs, ops leads, and LPs - synthesizing what you learn into product decisions
- Implementation-ready specs that engineers can build from without a back-and-forth
- Experience building or evolving a design system in a fast-moving product
- Finance software is notoriously ugly. Dense tables, clunky workflows, zero delight. We think that's a design problem - and a real opportunity.
- You'll join our product design team to shape how fund CFOs, operations leads, and LPs interact with their most critical workflows.

Requirements
- Comfort going deep with users - running research, not just reading someone else's findings
- Figma fluency and a track record of handing off specs engineers love
Nice to have
- Fintech, accounting software, or enterprise SaaS background
- Experience designing at a seed-to-Series B startup
