Responsibilities

  • Software Implementation: Lead the setup and implementation of Condor's software solutions for new clients and trials, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal utilization of the platform.
  • Customer Support: Provide dedicated support to clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing their experience within Condor's software platform.
  • Assumption Building: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and understand key trial assumptions within Condor, facilitating informed financial decision-making for clients.
  • In this role, you will play a pivotal role in implementing new clients into Condor's software platform and providing ongoing support to enhance the customer experience.
  • Provide dedicated support to clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing their experience within Condor's software platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and understand key trial assumptions within Condor, facilitating informed financial decision-making for clients.
  • Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate clients on best practices and optimal utilization of Condor's software platform.

Requirements

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Prior experience in FP&A, finance or accounting roles within a CRO or Biotech company.
  • In-depth knowledge of the biotech industry and clinical trials.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a finance or accounting environment.
  • Collaboration with clients to address challenges and enhance their experience with Condor.
  • Engage closely with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, proactively addressing issues and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience with Condor.
  • Undertake special projects as required, leveraging your expertise in software implementation and financial management to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Experience in client management or customer services roles within a software environment.
  • Familiarity with clinical trial management systems or financial software solutions.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
