Software Implementation: Lead the setup and implementation of Condor's software solutions for new clients and trials, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal utilization of the platform.
Customer Support: Provide dedicated support to clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing their experience within Condor's software platform.
Assumption Building: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and understand key trial assumptions within Condor, facilitating informed financial decision-making for clients.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in implementing new clients into Condor's software platform and providing ongoing support to enhance the customer experience.
Provide dedicated support to clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing their experience within Condor's software platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and understand key trial assumptions within Condor, facilitating informed financial decision-making for clients.
Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate clients on best practices and optimal utilization of Condor's software platform.

Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Prior experience in FP&A, finance or accounting roles within a CRO or Biotech company.
In-depth knowledge of the biotech industry and clinical trials.
Proficiency in Excel, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a finance or accounting environment.
Collaboration with clients to address challenges and enhance their experience with Condor.
Engage closely with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, proactively addressing issues and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience with Condor.
Undertake special projects as required, leveraging your expertise in software implementation and financial management to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization.

Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Experience in client management or customer services roles within a software environment.
Familiarity with clinical trial management systems or financial software solutions.
Preferred: Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

Training and Education: Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate clients on best practices and optimal utilization of Condor's software platform.
