Responsibilities
- Lead ETS Product Manager (Product Owner)
- The Lead Product Owner role will lead the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of enterprise business systems and processes.
- You will define the roadmap, drive cross-functional execution, and champion automation and system visibility across key business processes.
- Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing enhancements that drive process efficiency, data quality, user adoption, and business performance.
- Design and optimize system configurations, automation rules, data models, and workflow logic within Salesforce CRM and integrated platforms to support business operations.
- Manage integrations across the enterprise technology stack, including Salesforce CRM and connected third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process continuity.
- Collaborate with Business Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure end-to-end data integrity, process adherence, SLA compliance, and continuous feedback loop automation.
- Drive change management and enablement initiatives, including end-user training, documentation, and stakeholder communication plans.
- Partner with stakeholders to align Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes-including contract generation, redlining, approvals, and renewals-with upstream quoting and downstream fulfillment needs.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders and operational teams to understand workflows, pain points, and requirements-translating feedback into actionable product and process improvements.
