About the role

- This role blends field outreach, eligibility guidance, case follow-up, and structured performance expectations.
- This is a hybrid position: time in the field, time online, and time working remotely.

Requirements
- Experience in community outreach, youth engagement, sales, customer service, recruiting, or similar fields.
- Ability to work independently with strong follow‑through and time management.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within your assigned county.
- The Lead may from time to time be required to support work in other regions.
- Domestic and international travel of approximately 20-30% may be required.
- Extensive standing, and sitting and continuous computer, phone, and deskwork required.
- Must be available for occasional out of office meetings, conferences, training, and other events as needed.
- But most of all you can expect to make a lasting impact on the lives of others.
Nice to have
- Minimum of a 2‑year degree required (Bachelor's preferred)
Compensation
- ($39,499.20) annual salary
- Monthly incentive/bonus opportunities based on individual and team performance
- Hybrid schedule - field, remote, and some office-based work
