About the role
- Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a Business P rocess A nalyst that will examine testing processes and workflows to find out how they can be improved or automated.
- They also serve as intermediaries between decision makers and management teams to keep track of testing performance, conduct process mapping and identify internal inefficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Provide reports and presentations as requested by the government lead
- Guides and supports junior level personnel
- Conduct root cause problem analysis and develop technical solutions to problems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering or Business, or other related field from an accredited college or university.
- 4-7 years of experience
- Individuals must have at least some experience with testing processes and a deep knowledge of process management during tech rollouts.
- Knowledge of secure coding best practices and compliance standards (NIST, FedRAMP, etc.)
- Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Experience with modern software development practices
- Agile certification

- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Jira, Miro, Collaboration tools
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Understanding services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, Kubernetes Services)
- DevSecOps & Automation
- Agile, DevSecOps, & Development Lifecycle Tools
- SonarQube, Nexus, etc. for code and dependency scanning
