- Our client is a rapidly growing civil engineering and land surveying firm seeking a full-time professional engineer (PE) licensed in Florida to be located in Kissimmee, Florida.
- Their client base includes residential, commercial, hospitality, tourism, entertainment, and institutional owners and developers.
- They also serve the public sector by doing business with municipal, state, and federal government agencies, school boards, regulatory agencies, and transportation districts.
Requirements
- Single-family, townhome, and multi-family residential development project experience
- Professional office and industrial/warehouse development project experience
- Permitting experience in Central Florida with city and county agencies
- Must have Florida professional engineer (PE) license
