About the role
- SUMMARY: Media Lab Print uses digital printing technology to provide Clients quality prints, on time, every time.
- Our digital prints are consistent, cost-effective solutions our Clients trust.
- The Print Service Team uses the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and the Apple iWork Suite to print Brochures, Presentations, Flyers, Business Cards, and other custom collateral.
Responsibilities
- This position will be the business operations lead of the Print Division, providing resources and support to the Vice President of Print in running the business efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Casual dress ok, closed toe shoes required.
- Must be able to work in a noisy environment around loud machines.
- Must be able to tolerate potential oders from print operations.
- Familiarity with Fed Ex shipping processes and shipping practices
- Strong initiative required- able to quickly learn new skills
- Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment, often standing, bending, reaching and lifting 5 - 25 lbs.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, in both written and oral formats
- Knowledge of basic accounting skills
- Knowledge of general office administration
- Great customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Maintain a professional demeanor under pressure
- Strong organizational skills for business operations
