About the role
- The Ottawa Safety Council (OSC) is seeking dedicated and community-minded individuals to join our team as School Crossing Guards for the 2026-2027 school year.
- In this vital role, you will help ensure the safety of children and other pedestrians at designated school crossings during peak school hours.
- Please note that this is an existing, recently vacant position.
Responsibilities
- Maintain focus and avoid disruptions while escorting students and pedestrians across the street.
- Always maintain a calm and professional demeanor.
- Maintain a visible and professional presence at your assigned crossing.
