Responsibilities

  • Passion for mentoring and developing teammates
  • We know outpatient ortho has a reputation for long, unpredictable hours, but we work hard to support our clinicians and create schedules that work for both them and their patients.
  • Our Clinic Directors oversee all aspects of the clinic operations, manage clinical and non-clinical staff, and work with patients to provide individualized treatment and plans of care.

Requirements

  • Regardless of years of experience, all clinicians are offered a structured onboarding and mentorship program led by trained, hand-selected mentors.

  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
  • supervisory experience preferred.

Compensation

  • $93,000-$110,000/year (based on experience, hours, certifications, and more).
  • Annual CEU allowance + paid CEU days annually
