Responsibilities

  • Lead all onboarding activities including orientation, new hire paperwork, system entry, and day-one experience
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure smooth integration into teams
  • Manage offboarding processes including exit documentation and coordination with Payroll and IT
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS
  • Support HRIS improvements and data integrity initiatives
  • Recruitment & Hiring Support
  • Support onboarding for high-volume roles
  • Maintain applicant tracking accuracy and communication timelines
  • Employee Support & Floor Presence
  • Provide hands-on support on the production floor for HR needs

  • Regularly required to sit, use a computer, and perform standard office tasks
  • Frequently required to communicate with employees in person, by phone, and electronically
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk the production floor, reach, and lift light materials or documents
