About the role

  • This role ensures timely delivery of engineering approvals, materials, equipment, and supplier deliverables to meet aggressive project schedules.
  • This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project.
  • Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead expediting strategy and execution for complex, high-value procurement packages.
  • Assign, guide, and review work of PEXs and AEXs; identify performance or quality gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Serve as a primary interface between Expediting, Engineering, Construction, Supplier Quality, T&L, and Document Management.
  • Lead supplier engagement to ensure timely submission of engineering data, manufacturing updates, testing documentation, and shipment information.
  • Maintain comprehensive expediting documentation, deliverable tracking, and risk assessments.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality status updates, risk reports, and escalation packages.

Requirements

  • Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience

  • strong Microsoft Office proficiency.

Skills

  • Prior experience working on Mechanical packages.
  • Experience working on engineering, procurement and construction projects.
  • Prior knowledge with Microsoft Office Tools (PowerApps and PowerBI experience)
  • Advanced Excel skills; strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Intermediate Digital Supply Chain Systems (DSCS) knowledge.
  • Proficiency with MAP, ETA, SiteSense.
  • Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Ability to set direction proactively and communicate priorities effectively.

Compensation

  • $106,900 - $154,700 annually (salary range is based on market data; final salary offered is determined by education, experience, and qualifications of the applicant.
