Responsibilities
- The Talent Acquisition team manages the recruitment and employment process for BMR To protect the interests of all parties involved, BMR will only accept resumes from a recruiter once a fully-executed search agreement is in place.
Requirements
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and service providers
- Ability to learn new systems and technical tools quickly
- Ability to problem solve and find practical solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CMMS, BAS/BMS, utility tracking tools, or technical documentation
- Familiarity with reading floor plans, equipment schedules, and MEP-related drawings
- Experience supporting vendors, service contracts, maintenance programs, or small projects
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
Compensation
- $40.37 - $50.32 per hour + Performance Based Incentives + Comprehensive Benefits
