Collaborate with a small, high-output estimating team where your work directly shapes how we operate

Proficiency with Xactimate (Level 2 certification or equivalent hands-on experience writing residential estimates)
Working knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and common damage patterns (hail, wind, wear vs. storm)
Ability to read and interpret roof inspection photos and measurement reports to produce accurate scopes

Experience as a field adjuster, staff adjuster, or independent adjuster
IICRC or Haag certifications
Experience writing supplements or working directly with carrier desks
Comfort with high-volume workflows and shifting priorities (it's a startup, things move fast)
Starting at $80,000 with opportunity for more based on experience and qualifications.
