About the role

The Production Core Operator (PCO) will be responsible for the proper, safe and efficient operation of equipment utilizing human-machine interface control technology to produce high-quality food and beverage products.
This is a union position and the pay rate is $29.30 per hour.

PCOs must maintain qualifications in the above jobs.
Perform autonomous maintenance activities which include but not limited to oiling and greasing machines, changeovers, lock-out/tag-out and other minor adjustments.
Performs product quality checks including, but not limited to: CCPs, juice attributes, product specification validations, and other necessary testing and documentation as needed.
Performs equipment CIPs as necessary, including equipment swabbing, inspections, and additional validations as needed.
Maintains acceptable levels of housekeeping and sanitation within the department.
Understands and operates all systems, equipment, controllers, etc., necessary to perform job duties.
Performs assigned work in a safe and efficient manner.

Ability to understand and follow a process from start to finish.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.

Experience as a Production Worker, Manufacturing Associate, Material Handler, General Labor, or other Manufacturing or industrial role preferred.
Experience in a food and beverage manufacturing environment preferred.
