About the role

  • We're looking for a detail oriented contractor to help keep our claims accurate and our documentation audit ready.
  • Early on, you'll also do some direct coding as our internal coding tool is validated
  • that work tapers over time as the tool matures and auditing becomes the primary focus.

Responsibilities

  • Flag documentation patterns, with enough specificity to support clinician facing compliance feedback.
  • Support MIPS/QPP eligibility review for our provider portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate records of audit findings and coding activity using our tracking tools.

Nice to have

  • Certification (CPC) is a plus but not required if experience is strong.
  • Prior audit and compliance based experience.
  • Schedule & Compensation
  • Contract position, part-time, at 10 to 15 hours per week.
