Responsibilities
- Support developing and maintaining processes for project delivery (e.g., project plans, internal delivery summaries) and contribute to process improvements to ensure successful project delivery
- Support in monitoring DPS project progress, tracking milestones, and helping to ensure project deadlines are met
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently, figure things out with appropriate support, and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
- 1 year of experience in a team role, preferably in a professional services, consulting, technology, software, privacy, or data-related environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and concisely to internal stakeholders and external clients
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of assigned work, follow through on commitments, and escalate questions or risks appropriately
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
- Experience or knowledge related to software implementation, IT implementation, technology deployment, or client-facing technical projects
- Familiarity with anonymization, de-identification, statistical disclosure control, privacy laws, or data governance concepts
