About the role

  • Conducts clinical consultations to assess communication needs and recommend appropriate AAC solutions.
  • Applies consultative sales techniques to guide customer decision-making and advance opportunities through the customer journey.
  • Represents Lingraphica through professional engagement, educational opportunities, conferences, and other customer-facing events as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Builds and maintains strong professional relationships that support customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Maintains accurate customer records and documentation within company systems.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent customer experience and resolve barriers impacting customer success.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • 3+ years of experience working with adults with complex communication needs.
  • Collaborates with SLPs to facilitate completion of evaluations, device recommendations, and required clinical documentation.
  • Collects, reviews, and manages required paperwork to support timely progression through the acquisition process.
  • May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to complete each essential duty and physical demand.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting AAC evaluations and speech-generating device implementation.
  • Experience utilizing CRM or similar customer management systems.

  • This role requires the ability to operate a computer, communicate verbally, and participate in virtual meetings with or without reasonable accommodation.

Compensation

  • The starting salary range for this position is $70,600 to $80,500 per year.
