About the role

  • The Principal PATTS Consultant will be tasked with ensuring the successful implementation of the Workday Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling solution.
  • They will provide Workday product and implementation expertise to their engagements.
  • They will take direction and provide status to the Engagement Manager assigned to their project.

Responsibilities

  • Support the client and data conversion teams in converting legacy data into Workday
  • Support the integration teams in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and third party/custom solutions
  • Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work.

Requirements

  • Experience (4+ years) with Payroll consulting, or 4+ years Payroll operational experience, preferably for public sector institutions
  • Experience (4+ years) with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP or similar applications
  • Experience (6+ years) with Payroll consulting, or 6+ years Payroll operational experience, preferably for public sector institutions
  • Experience (6+ years) implementing Workday PATTS
  • Ability to travel up to 50% based on client and project needs, particularly for key implementation milestones
  • Comfort with working on long term projects, lasting over 12 months.
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training

  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
  • Experience with multiple HCM applications a plus
  • Proven solutions design skills, with the ability to analyze business challenges and develop effective solutions that leverage technology and optimize resources
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues to foster collaboration, loyalty, and a positive work environment

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with the operations and culture of State and Local Government entities strongly preferred

Compensation

  • $140,300 USD - $210,500 USD
  • $133,300 USD - $236,900 USD
