Responsibilities
- Deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations that support business performance.
- Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI.
- Partner with stakeholders to define and build KPIs and translate business needs into reporting solutions.
- Extract, validate, and reconcile data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy.
- Support customer and product initiatives through data analysis and insights.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and telephone.
- Light to moderate lifting is required.
- Regular, predictable attendance is required.
- Ability to work in a confined area.
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Demonstrates strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
