Requirements

  • Attendance and participation in all faculty and administrative meetings, Student Research Symposium, commencement ceremonies, and other meetings/events as required

  • Required Education and/or Work Experience: Ph.D. in Management or appropriately related field from an accredited institution (ABD with completion date no later than August 2026 considered)
  • Preferred Education and/or Work Experience: Previous teaching experience across multiple delivery modes including full online
  • Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Classroom and online instruction
  • Scholarly activity sufficient to maintain faculty appointment including a consistent record of publishing in high-quality and impactful journals
  • Service to college and University, including career advising and committees
  • Curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Assessment and evaluation of instruction
  • Engagement with the business community
  • Other Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Nice to have

  • Previous teaching experience across multiple delivery modes including full online
  • extensive knowledge of current and emerging technologies relevant to the profession

Compensation

  • $100,000 - $110,000/9 months commensurate with education and experience
