About the role

The EUC Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting end-user computing (EUC) environments for Canadian clients.

Design, deploy, and support EUC solutions across Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Parallels RAS, IGEL, and ControlUp.
Lead migrations and upgrades for virtual desktop and application delivery platforms.
Collaborate with project teams to deliver solutions on time and within scope.
Document solutions, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing.

3+ years of professional experience in end-user computing (EUC) solutions.
Experience with IGEL OS and ControlUp for endpoint and session performance management.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server.
Hands-on experience with the latest EUC platforms and tools.
Hands-on expertise with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Parallels Remote Application Server (RAS).
Understanding of networking, storage, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix) in EUC contexts.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Relevant certifications (Citrix, Microsoft, Parallels, IGEL, ControlUp) are a strong asset.
