About the role

As Head of Product Growth at AIOS, your fundamental role is to engineer viral growth.
I expect us to reach >0.3 30-Day K Factor (our Primary KPI).
This is critical work for us to scale from 100k active customers today to 10 million customers by 2030.

You'll activate real customer stories, screenshots, milestones, and before/afters so our customers organically share content with their friends.
You'll get imaginative on what we can be doing to trigger delight and tribal affinity so customers instinctively just want to tell their friends about us.
