About the role

  • This position plays a critical role in ensuring exceptional client service, efficient case management, accurate administrative processes, and smooth coordination between technicians, drivers, clients, and management.
  • Client Service & Case Management Answer incoming calls professionally and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Resolve client concerns and answer questions via phone, email, and in person.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare cases for shipment and maintain organized shipping processes.
  • Maintain laboratory organization and operational efficiency.
  • Work with accounting and support departments regarding purchasing needs.
  • Support collections efforts and client account management.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient, client, and employee information.
  • Team Support Train and support team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with management to improve operational performance.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with online ordering systems, email platforms, and laboratory management software.
  • Experience with payroll, inventory management, and client relations.

Compensation

  • $20k-$25k
