Requirements
- 6+ years in B2B demand generation, with a track record of owning pipeline targets and delivering results, not just executing tasks
- Strong cross-functional instincts: you know how to align with Sales, work with PMM, and get things done without perfect conditions
- Hands-on experience with Martech (Salesforce, Marketo or HubSpot, Outreach or similar) and a solid grasp of funnel mechanics
Nice to have
- Bias toward action, you don't wait for perfect alignment or a fully built playbook to start moving
- Experience in a SaaS or IT channel environment strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- You have a clear understanding of the internal IT market opportunity, buyer personas, ICP, competitive landscape, current funnel performance, and gaps in the existing demand engine.
- A 6-month integrated demand plan is defined across channel/indirect, digital, and brand awareness motions, socialized with Sales leadership, and at least one net-new campaign is in-market.
- Weekly or bi-weekly pipeline reporting cadence is established and running
- Sales and SDR teams know exactly what mid-market demand gen is doing and why
