Responsibilities
- Lead, direct, and coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate execution of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling activities
- Monitor productivity, labor utilization, quality, and service level metrics; analyze trends and implement corrective actions or process improvements
- Support workforce planning activities including scheduling, onboarding, training, performance feedback, and corrective action in partnership with management
- Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues, operational disruptions, and employee concerns; drive resolution and communicate outcomes

Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel
- The employee must be able to carry and climb a ladder.
- Must be capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
- Must be able to twist, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch on a frequent basis.
- Must be able to use hands and feet simultaneously and for repetitive movements.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

- Prior experience leading frontline operations staff in a high‑volume or complex warehouse environment required.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), labor tracking, and operational performance metrics.
- Demonstrated experience with safety compliance, operational planning, and employee performance management.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred.
