About the role

- Essential Qualifications 10 years of political communications experience, including electoral and issue advocacy experience.
- 5 years of people and/or project management experience; expertise in leading departments and diverse teams and managing complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Experience leading work with partners and allied organizations and coalitions across the progressive community, including climate and environmental groups.
Requirements
- Relevant experience on the Hill is great to have, though not required.
- This position can be located anywhere in the United States, but must be able to work Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm EST, plus weekends and evenings as the work dictates.
Compensation
- Climate Power believes years of experience are a foundational element of equitable pay, and the primary metric used to determine one's salary.
- The full salary range for this role is listed below, with a given set of years correlating to a fixed 'step' or placement within a salary range.
- Occasional travel is required as needed, typically 3-4 times per year.
