About the role
- Cabinet Peaks Medical Center is looking for a Cardiac Sonographer to join our Imaging team!
- Prepares preliminary reports for review and interpretation by cardiologist including comparison of previous studies.
- Participates in professional education, meetings, and quality improvement projects.
Requirements
- Operates equipment necessary to perform all required procedures.
- Completes documentation of all information required for proper interpretation, reporting, archiving and retrieval of exams.
- Strong Knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and hemodynamics.
- Visual and auditory acuity is required to ensure that work is done correctly.
- Required minimum 2 year experience in adult echocardiography.
- To help ensure a safe and healthful working environment, each applicant to whom an offer of employment has been made will be required as a condition of employment to undergo a substance test.
- Additional pre-employment items may be required.
