Responsibilities
- An alternate design that provides similar functionality while emphasizing affordability, durability, energy efficiency, and efficient use of space.
- Contractors are encouraged to recommend designs and construction methods that provide the best long-term value for Tribal homeowners in Southeast Alaska.
- Information received will help the Tribe evaluate design options, construction methods, project costs, and contractor availability as we prepare for implementation.
