About the role
- Experience in implementing, executing and improving cycle count programs, 2 bin systems
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned
- The Material Handler I is responsible for assisting the various laboratories, maintaining the right levels of inventory, and acting as a back-up for Facilities management support.

Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- California Drivers License as Required
- Ability to work independently in a team environment
- Must be able to create and maintain excel skills on a need basis
- Experience with ordering supplies
- Employee may be required to lift routine office supplies and use office equipment.
- A background screening including criminal history is required for this role.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and be flexible with tasks and schedules
- Demonstrate curiosity, sound judgment, and the ability to critically evaluate and responsibly leverage AI-enabled tools in accordance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of work.
Nice to have
- Experience in receiving, stockroom, shipping, material handling and inventory analysis roles.
- Experience in rapid-growth life science environment working with temperature-sensitive materials a plus
- Forklift Certification preferred, not required
- Previous work experience in a lab preferred

Compensation
- $21 - $29If the role is performed in Colorado, the pay range for this job is: $23 - $31
