About the role
- Coordinate resource coverage during planned and unplanned absences.
- Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate weather conditions, customer requests, or changing project priorities.
- Track project progress and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.

- This role ensures effective utilization of field resources, on-time project execution, strong customer relationships, and seamless communication between engineering teams and sales partners.
- In addition, the Area Field Engineering Supervisor leads and participates in initiatives that drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and overall business performance.
- How you will do it Scheduling & Resource Allocation Monitor and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for field engineers.
- Project Coordination Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to understand project scope and establish service expectations.
- Field Team Leadership & Support Serve as the primary operational point of contact for field engineers.
- Support workforce planning activities, including scheduling, capacity planning, and overtime management.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to support project success and customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate operational trends and implement actions to improve performance, service delivery, and resource utilization.
Requirements
- Confirm site readiness and ensure required documentation is available prior to dispatch.
- Ensure field personnel have the tools, equipment, permits, and safety documentation required to perform their work.
- Required Skills & Competencies Strong operational planning and logistics management skills.
Compensation
- $96,000 to $120,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance.
- The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
