About the role

- We're hiring a Videographer based in Houston to shoot and edit daily video content across youth sports tournaments, practices, games, and brand events.
Responsibilities
- Handle pacing, sound design, captions, and on-screen text so each piece is ready to post.
- Manage the Asset Library: Own footage organization, file backups, and a searchable archive of raw and edited assets so the team can find what they need.
- Fast Turnaround: Deliver same-day or next-day edits on event content so it goes live while the moment is still relevant.
- Texas Sports Academy is a K-12 school designed for serious student-athletes who want both elite academics and high-level athletic development.
- You'll own the camera work, the edit, and the asset library, producing short-form vertical content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Manage the Asset Library:

Requirements
- Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, sound design, and platform-specific best practices for vertical video.
- AI Editing Tools: Working knowledge of Descript, Runway, or CapCut's AI features.
- U.S. work authorization required.
