About the role

This position provides proactive leadership, technical expertise, and accountability to achieve and sustain optimal reliability, maintainability, and operational performance within the manufacturing facility.
The primary focus of this role is improving asset and production reliability by eliminating repetitive failures, supporting maintenance operations, and managing effective Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs.

Maintain accurate maintenance records to identify and address recurring issues.
Manage reliability data, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), work order failure code analysis, asset hierarchy, bills of materials, and technical documentation.
Support and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
Manage and optimize Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs by developing, monitoring, and refining maintenance processes.
Develop and implement updates to equipment maintenance plans based on failure analysis, historical data, reliability principles, and best practices.
Partner with equipment manufacturers during factory and site acceptance testing.
Develop short- and long-term continuous improvement plans to reduce equipment failures.
Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) that enable employees to perform maintenance tasks and minor repairs safely and effectively.
Repair and maintain production equipment, machinery, and instruments to ensure reliable operation and compliance with process requirements.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience required.
Experience with industrial electrical systems, mechanical/electrical devices, circuits, robotics, PLCs, and computer-controlled equipment.

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
