APMs focus in the weeds on client support, implementing the software, monitoring the back-end process for data fidelity, owning the AI training cycle and experimenting with advanced analytics.
APMs also gain hands-on experience collaborating daily with engineers to develop platform features and contribute ideas to drive new product development.
Switch is a product-focussed organization - the APM will be the voice of our customers internally and will own critical aspects of the product and feature roadmap.
The APM will support customers, all functional areas internally and integration partnerships with major tech companies (think: Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, LinkedIn).
