About the role
- Experience scheduling events and managing calendars in a fast paced environment.
- Ensure the right data goes into our systems at the right time, so information about the customer is always up to date, accurate, and provides company wide transparency on the health and context and relationship with our customers
Responsibilities
- Powered by the GoodTime Meeting Optimization Engine, the platform automates scheduling, ensures the right participants are involved, and delivers actionable insights to foster more effective interviews.
- As a teammate at GoodTime, you will need to rely on and embody these traits, own your role, and balance autonomy with company alignment.
- Being able to showcase our own GoodTime HIRE recruiting product during our own recruiting processes is key - a willingness to learn and become a SME in the GoodTime HIRE product is key.
- Maintain an expert level understanding of the GoodTime Hire product (technical and workflow) and recruiting industry to identify new opportunities
- Build strong partnerships with our candidates and be a string representative for the GoodTime organization.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Recruiting
- Ability to clearly engage other and articulate requirements
- Prior experience of the GoodTime HIRE platform is welcomed but not required.
Nice to have
- Experience using GoodTime Hire Product
- Recruiting ATS and/or HR Technology experience
- Bachelor's Degree
