About the role

  • Candidates should have four to six years of IP transactions experience at a major law firm, with strong drafting and analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • The role involves advising leading clients in technology, life sciences, consumer products, industrials, and manufacturing on complex, IP-intensive matters.
  • Application requires a resume, transcript and representative deal sheet.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have experience with IP-intensive M&A (public and private), financing and securitization transactions, and strategic licensing, collaboration, and joint venture arrangements.
  • U.S. J.D. preferred; New York Bar admission required.

Compensation

  • The base salary range offered for this role will be between $310,000- $390,000 and represents the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
  • Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant experience, performance, qualifications, degrees and location, as well as the needs of the firm.
