About the role
- This is an onsite role based in New York City, five days a week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Build scripts and automations, with AI coding tools, for account setup, device enrollment, and other repeated IT tasks
- Spot repeated technical issues and automate the fix, manage endpoint devices, user accounts, and access controls, and contribute to technology rollouts and process improvements
- Set up equipment and accounts for new hires with the Onboarding team, support AV for all-hands meetings and team events, and own IT documentation
- 5+ years in IT support or a related field, troubleshooting hardware, software, AV, and network issues

Compensation

- The base pay range for this role is $136,000-$204,000.
- This salary range is an estimate.
- Actual salary will be based on job related skills and experience.
