About the role

Process Analysis & Documentation Analyze business processes and assist in identifying opportunities for improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Public Administration, or a related field
2 years of experience in business analysis, project support, and/or Power Apps/Power Automate.
Must be able to attend an in-person interview.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

2 years of experience working with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), including familiarity with VDOT policies, procedures, and systems.
Internship or academic project experience involving business analysis, requirements documentation, process mapping, or solution evaluation.
0-2 years of experience in business analysis, project support, data analysis, or related work.
Basic understanding of data analysis and organizational data structures.
Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn VDOT systems, processes, and analysis standards.
Compensation This is a 1099 Contract role.
Candidates must be local to the Richmond, Virginia area.
In-person interview required.
