About the role

  • As the Housekeeping Supervisor at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, you're the person who makes sure our guests walk into a room that feels exactly right.
  • This is a working supervisor role: you'll be on the floor, doing inspections, solving problems, and keeping things moving.

Responsibilities

  • Keep the team coordinated and on task. You'll assign and direct daily work for housekeepers, housepersons, inspectors, and shift leads - making sure room turnovers happen on time and public spaces stay guest-ready throughout the day.

Requirements

  • Complex problems get escalated to the Housekeeping Manager - you know the difference between what you can solve and what needs to go up the chain.
  • When the day gets busy - and it will - you can triage, delegate, and keep quality up without losing your composure.

Compensation
