About the role
- About SolutionsWest SolutionsWest is a Sacramento-based consulting firm specializing in organizational change management (OCM), training development and delivery for government IT projects.
- This is a high-impact role on one of California's most important Health and Human Services technology projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the design and development of Train-the-Trainer and End-User training programs for a broad range of stakeholders, including county child welfare workers, supervisors, and administrators
- Maintain training records and provide status updates to project leadership
- Demonstrated experience designing and developing training materials for technology implementations or system rollouts
- SolutionsWest is supporting this effort with training design, development, and delivery to prepare organization staff to navigate the new system confidently.
Requirements
- Proficiency with virtual training facilitation tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom
- Must be able to pass a background check, including fingerprinting and a criminal records check through the California Department of Justice and the FBI
- Statewide travel throughout California is required.
- Candidates must be willing and able to travel to county offices and training sites across the state as needed.
