  • Ability to delegate assignments and monitor responsibilities of work groups that effect the throughput, quality and safety of shift operation
  • Knowledge and understanding all customer requirements and understanding of plant emergency procedures
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to coach, counsel and discipline employees
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 years of experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Previous supervisory experience is a plus, ideally in a union facility
  • Previous experience in the glass industry is preferred

Compensation

  • The expected salary for this position is around $80,000 to $90,000 and includes a 8% shift Bonus and a possible 12% quarterly incentive bonus.
  • Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
