About the role

  • The Personal Banker is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience by adhering to the bank's Breakthrough Client Experience Standards.
  • Also responsible for uncovering and originating consumer lending and some small business lending opportunities.
  • Provide excellent client service by providing immediate acknowledgement, identifying, and offering appropriate products and services, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED, required.
  • 1 year of Teller or other banking experience required.
  • In-depth knowledge of Consumer products and services.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in consumer lending.
  • Ability to obtain a Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry (NMLS) within 60 days required.

Compensation

  • The pay range for this role is $20.00 - $24.00.
  • The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location.
  • The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
