Title: Program Director Job Duties: The Program Director directs and coordinates the rehabilitation program.

Located in the heart of the Tenderloin district, we are designed to address urgent needs in a densely urban setting.

Bachelor's degree and/or licensed nurse/licensed clinician.
Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5, psycho-social rehabilitation, and recovery principles.
Familiarity with applicable regulatory requirements.

Crestwood is required to participate in the E-Verify program.
Current California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or Clinical Psychologist.
Must meet regulatory educational standards.
Bachelor's degree and/or licensed nurse/licensed clinician. The program director shall also have at least two (2) years of experience or training in a mental health setting, one year of which shall include experience or training in program development for persons with severe and persistent mental disabilities.

$140,004.80 - $162,302.40 USD
The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting.
Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
