Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or licensed nurse/licensed clinician.
- Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5, psycho-social rehabilitation, and recovery principles.
- Familiarity with applicable regulatory requirements.

- Crestwood is required to participate in the E-Verify program.
- Current California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or Clinical Psychologist.
- Must meet regulatory educational standards.
- Bachelor's degree and/or licensed nurse/licensed clinician. The program director shall also have at least two (2) years of experience or training in a mental health setting, one year of which shall include experience or training in program development for persons with severe and persistent mental disabilities.

Compensation
- $140,004.80 - $162,302.40 USD
- The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting.
- Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
