About the role

  • Please note that this role is a Hybrid role: four days in office (Mon-Thurs) and one day remote.

Responsibilities

  • Conceive and implement creative ideas, concepts and strategies in client endeavors while working with teams to oversee them to completion.
  • Possess and encourage initiative, drive, empathy, accountability, creativity and maturity.
  • Possess and deliver excellent communication skills, able to present thoughts clearly, accurately, and succinctly.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant creative field experience with corresponding portfolio of culture-driving work
  • must be proficient in Google and Microsoft Office suite.
  • You have an inspired approach to creative problem solving with a strong grasp of cultural trends and social codes.
  • Own the process, collaborating seamlessly with account, strategy and production teams.must be able to move in concert with multiple departments and react quickly to an evolving spectrum of agency and client needs.
  • You are results oriented, yet possess deep appreciation and sensitivity towards people, culture, and values.
  • You are persistent, diplomatic, passionate and optimistic, with a pro-active, hands-on mentality.

Nice to have

  • Progressive experience in a client-facing creative role
  • A comprehensive understanding of sports and music culture is always a plus at Translation as well as ability to concept across a range of tones from humor to serious.
  • Training, degree or relevant work experience in a directly-related field, such as advertising, art / design, or journalism / script writing.
  • An understanding of Latine culture is a plus.
