You'll work independently on assigned routes while also learning alongside experienced technicians on more advanced services like pool openings, closings, and cover adjustments.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, interacting with customers, and taking pride in delivering consistent, high-quality service.

Must be willing to travel 90-100% Other Requirements Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Flexibility on schedule required including working outside of a "scheduled shift" as well as evenings, weekends and potentially holidays during peak season.
Must be equipped with standard necessary tools to complete pool service repairs and services.
Required Skills & Abilities General pool background experience required.
Excellent organization skills, quick learner, result oriented, attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills required.
