About the role

You'll work closely with the existing team to help improve processes and identify new sourcing strategies.

Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, technical communities, and creative outreach strategies.
Drive diverse candidate pipelines to make Finix an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
Collaborate with the People team on process improvements, scalability initiatives, and employer branding efforts.

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities simultaneously, balancing competing demands with high EQ and sound judgment.

4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally within SaaS, Fintech, or high-growth startup environments.
Deep experience hiring for engineering roles including Full Stack, Backend, Frontend, API Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, Security Engineers, and more.
A strong understanding of technical skill sets, tools, and frameworks-you can credibly assess and sell technical opportunities to senior engineers.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).

$120,000/yr - $190,000/yr + Equity + Benefits Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries at our headquarters in San Francisco, California.
Individual pay is determined by work location, job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
